Dakar rally - Luca Manca seriously injured!
At this moment Dakar rally Italian rider Luca Manca is being transferred to neurosurgery in Santiago. Apparently he was seriously injured on stage 6 in the 2010 Dakar rally, with the result known as of now, fracture scull, broken nose, and consutions in his brain.
