The Chinese competitors are back!
Last year there were a total of 7 Chinese vehicles entering the rally, this year 10 will be competing under Chinese flag. And as always interesting to follow this guys!

Jincheng motorcycles in Buenos Aires
Once again we will be able to follow Su Wnmin on his Jincheng, who last year finished at a 75th position in the motorcycle category, out of the 88 who reached the goal. Being the first Chinese rider to cross the finishing line ever. And for sure him and his teammate at the time were struggling long hours in the dunes.Unfortunately his com padre Wei Guanghui, who was also a part of the historical event and finished 82, will not be around. And it seems impossible to find out for what ever reason he´s not on the team anymore. Instead Han Baohua will take his chances on the Dakar, as a debutant. A third rider will also participate on the Jincheng team, Oscar Pablo Pascual, but under Argentinian flag.

Number 372 Lu Ningjun is the most experienced of the Chinese riders, entering the 2003 edition of the rally the very first time, and the 2011 edition will be his 7th one.
In five out of the seven vehicles the co-pilots are non-Chinese.

Nu börjar den stora uppladdningen, även om jag inte har köpt någon blåbärssoppa att inmundiga under "pauser".

Sedan såg jag på ett ställe, att du Marie, hade blivit tvåa i SM i fickparkering. Jag förundrar mig varje gång jag skall parkera, hur dåligt jag lyckas bedöma läget. Borde man inte lära sig någonting när man kör gaffeltruck lite grand varje dag och det är så trångt att man knappt kan vända runt... Tur att man inte behöver fickparkera med hojen...
Då får jag önska Annie, Thomas och Ronnie lycka till på färden, den långa marschen.
Jajamensan, många ssträngar på min lyra! Låter bra där med spanska kursen, dessvärre får jag nog försöka klara mig på mina fem spanska meningar, dålig franska och kroppsspråk. Brukar fungera fint :-) Svenskgänget e nog glada för alla tillmälen av heja-rop de kan få på resan. Vi kryssar fingrar och tår och hoppas att alla tar sig till mål!
