Finally the rest day is here and everybody has the chance of taking a deep breath before the big plunge. They say the next two stages will be a killer and if said so it probably will be that way.

The bivoac talk of yesterday revealed that Laia had stopped to help someone on the course, and perhaps there will be changes in the results as a reason of that.
